“The property is undergoing updates. The pool is currently closed for upgrades. The hotel had just gotten a new computer system so there was a little delay with checking in but staff was very apologetic.”

“The room was fine, but unfortunately, there was no housekeeping service during our stay. No one came to clean the room, and the bath towels and bathroom floor mat were not replaced. We had to call the front desk ourselves to request fresh towels and a new floor mat. I think the housekeeping service should be improved.”

This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.”
